  • Management to be held accountable for ensuring sufficient capacity to deliver business results
  • Capacity building to be taken seriously at the most senior levels- to be monitored at EXCO
  • Apply modern learning delivery and assessment, focusing on stimulated learning, structured on the job learning, blended learning and self directed learning
  • Modern workplace learning and teaching methodologies should be applied to promote competitiveness and employee proposition
