1. How do I apply for user Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) SUS access?
A: Complete Request form and email to TE Supplier Support email address. The form is included in the SUS Supplier Training CD received during the launch. Alternatively go to the SRM SUS webpage and under training, click on the training manual link for an electronic version of the application form. In this instance this for user access and the supplier must already be a SUS Supplier.
2. How do I apply to be a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) SUS Supplier?

A: For a Supplier to be loaded on SRM SUS, they need to be referred by a Procurement Manager from the centres. Speak to your buyer and request a recommendation from the Centre Procurement Manager. Should the manager recommend the supplier, a Help Desk call will be logged in order to manage the registration process and the training for the Supplier representatives.

3. Can I maintain my own user details?

A: You can only maintain passwords through the reset process. Password reset can be requested through Transnet Engineering Supplier Support line or using the 'Forgot Password' link which will send an email and your details to the Support line desk. To maintain any other user detail, email the Support Team on Supplier.Support@Transnet.net

4. How do I report errors and make functionality enquiries?

A: Dial the Transnet Engineering Supplier Support line 012 391 1397 or email the Support Team on Supplier.Support@Transnet.net

5. How do I Access SUS Application Training Manual?

A: The Training manual is available on the internet and on the SRM SUS Portal home page, or can be request from Transnet Engineering via the Help desk by emailing the Support Team on Supplier.Support@Transnet.net .

Suppliers will be able to manage and plan all their product and services to Transnet Engineering in a timely manner, eliminating the current challenges due to non-visibility and use of some of the currently used traditional communication methods. Information will be available real time and on line.
